The button does a "hype" animation where it shakes, this is intentional.

Hey all, the launcher team doesn't actively track work we are doing out of this database. We are actively working on this issue at the moment. 

We have not been able to reproduce this issue, any additional information that you can provide will be helpful.

For users running into the "Can't connect to Minecraft Services" and/or "Something went wrong" during login bugs - this has helped some users:
1) Close the launcher
2) Install the Xbox Console Companion App (https://aka.ms/XboxConsoleCompanion)
3) Open Xbox Console Companion App (not the Xbox app, though that may also work)
4) Sign in to the account you're using in the launcher in the Xbox Console Companion App. You do not need to do anything minecraft-related in the app, just sign in to the app itself directly.
5) Relaunch the launcher
